Loanlane has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for Loanlane.

We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times.

We do not outsource any part of your loan application for processing.

We do not send unsolicited email; we do not share your email address with anyone.

We keep your electronic data on a password protected computer disk, only.

In compliance with the USA Patriot Act, we will request a photo identification displaying your present address and date of birth to accompany your loan application.

In we suspect you may be a victim of identity theft, we will alert you immediately.

If we notice discrepencies on your credit report, such as large balances unreported by you, address errors, or social security number errors, we will alert you in order to to have the discrepency resolved.

This site uses an order form for prospective clients to initiate a loan inquiry. We collect your unique identifiers (like your social security number), financial information (like your account or credit balances), and demographic information (like your zip code, age, or income level). We do not share this information with any partly that is not a direct participant in your mortgage transaction.

The direct participants in your mortgage transaction are:

* Credit reporting firm (requires social security number)
* Real estate appraiser (requires property data)
* Escrow company (requires current loan data, homeowners insurance data)
* Bank/Mortgage Lender (requires all of the above)

Because we do not accept every mortgage inquiry, we will not share any of your private data without your consent. If we choose not to participate in your mortgage transaction, your private data will be destroyed immediately.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The information sent to us via an online application is encrypted. Loanlane treats all internet based data as if it had been hand delivered to our office in a sealed envelope.
